Q: What does the process of meeting with Savvy Employment Specialists entail?
A: Once you have made an appointment, come into the office and filled out an application, you will then interview with one of our specialists. Depending on position and experience, testing may be conducted.

Q: Will Savvy Employment Specialists provide me with my test scores?
A: Yes, we will happily provide you with a copy for your records.

Q: Does Savvy Employment Specialists accept scores from other agencies?
A: Absolutely.

Q: How long does the interview process take?
A: Allow one hour.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: There are three levels of dress in a professional work environment: professional, business casual, and casual.

Professional dress for women includes:
Pant or skirt suit with jacket, stockings, and close-toed shoes.

Professional dress for men includes:
Pant suit with button-down, collared shirt.

Business casual for women includes:
Slacks or skirt with a blouse, or a dress.

Business casual for men includes:
Slacks or khakis with a collared shirt

Casual dress includes:
Jeans may be acceptable, but no cut-offs, midriffs or torn denim. No inappropriate material on shirts (ex: beer advertisement or foul language).
