Savvy Employment Specialists is a boutique, family-owned staffing company located in Orange County, California. By boutique, we mean that we’re not like the big guys – nor do we want to be. Rather, we’re a smaller staffing company that only takes on a limited number of searches so that every client and candidate is a priority.

Led by Kellie Lewis, CAC, CSP, a 10-year veteran of the staffing industry, the mission of the Savvy team is to deliver a more personal approach to staffing and successfully match the right candidates with the right positions.
