Key Executives

Kellie Lewis, CAC, CSP, is the Founder and Talent Acquisition Manager of Savvy. She is the proud owner of an English Bulldog, Bentley, and has worked tirelessly to become the saltwater aquarist her husband dreams they can be.  Her passion for recruiting came in 1997 when she started as a temporary employee for one of Orange County's most prestigious Commercial Property Management Firms, later to move her way into a sales position at a Staffing Firm in Newport Beach, or as they called it then - "Employment Consultant".

Kellie obtained her California Accredited Consultant* designation through the California Staffing Professionals and later her Certified Staffing Professional™ designation through the American Staffing Association. She was named Orange County's Staffing Professional of the Year in 2008 and has been nominated for several awards including Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards, Family Owned Business Awards and Women In Business Awards.

Erin Wade, G.R.I., Erin offers years of experience in the Southern California and Arizona real estate markets and has been of critical value to our RE industry clientele.  Erin brings a creative and organized approach to employment services. She rounds out the Savvy team with her background in sales and online marketing. She is truly an asset to Savvy, and her talents go a long way to satisfying candidates and clients alike.

Danny Castro, A.I.S., is Savvy's Administrative Director. With his extensive insurance experience and certifications, Danny brings to Savvy an edge in the often challenging insurance-oriented staffing arena. Danny's professionalism and attention to detail are vital to the smooth operations of Services by Savvy, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have him!

*(California Accredited Consultant) signifies the commitment to the staffing industry and the knowledge of the laws that govern it. The CAC exam covers employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, Constitutional Law, Common Law, State & Federal Regulations, INS, Age in Discrimination and a comprehensive overview of other legal issues that face us and our clients everyday.

Certified Staffing Professional™ designation is given in recognition of having successfully completed the requisite course of study and examination on labor and employment law principles and ethical practices pertaining to the staffing industry.
