Q: What does the process of meeting with Savvy Employment Specialists entail?
A: Once you have made an appointment, come into the office and fill out an application. You will then interview with one of our specialists. Depending on position and experience, testing may be conducted.

Q: Will Savvy Employment Specialists provide me with my test score?
A: Yes, we will happily provide you with a copy for your records.

Q: Does Savvy Employment Specialists accept scores from other agencies?
A: Absolutely.  Scores will be verified.

Q: How long does the interview process take?
A: Allow one hour.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: There are three levels of dress in a professional work environment; Professional, business casual, and casual.

Professional dress for women includes:
Pant or skirt suit with jacket, stockings, and close-toed shoes.

Professional dress for men:
Pant suit with button-down, collared shirt.

Business casual for women:
Slacks or skirt with a blouse, or a dress.

Business casual for men:
Slacks or khakis with a collared shirt

Casual dress:
Jeans may be acceptable, but no cut-offs, midriffs or torn denim. No inappropriate material on shirts (ex: beer advertisement, or foul language)

Q: What if I'm running late or can't make it to a scheduled appointment?

Q: Once hired, what if my employers ask me to perform duties outside of the job description?
